The Last Supper Easter holiday 2002 GAYLOVECHICKENSOUP

Easter soup is any type of soups consumed on Easter Sunday. One such soup is Fanesca, the ingredients in this soup vary but commonly include cod and twelve different grains meant to represent the twelve disciples of Christ. This particular soup is consumed in the week before Easter.

Another Easter soup is called Magiritsa which is made from lamb innards and the feet of the lamb. This soup is consumed during the 40-days of fasting during Lent.

Polish Easter Soup

2 cups oats

2 cups warm water

Crust of rye bread

1-1/2 lbs. Polish Sausage

1-Tbsp. horseradish sauce

1 tsp. brown sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix the oats and warm water together

Add bread crust and let mixture stand for at least 24 hours. Strain, and reserve the liquid.

Cook sausage in water for approximately 1 hour.

Remove sausage from water, skim of the fat.

Combine skimmed broth and oatmeal liquid

Add horseradish, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Slice the sausage, add to the broth then bring it to a boil.

Simmer on low for 1 hour

Serve with a slice of rye bread

Peter went to New york during the Easter holiday. It was 2002.

He called Sean if he had time for coffee. Besides, he really want

to see the husky. Sean suggested that he could spend the Easter

weekend at his house if he would like to........

It was the afternoon of Easter sunday. Sean and his two cute huskies

( Elton and John ) greeted him at the front gate of the house.

Elton and John jumped up and licked Peter's

face like an old friend. Peter hugged Sean and looked at the big big house.

( Saying loudly in his mind, HOLY COW, HE IS A RICH KID...... HIS FATHER

IS A MILLIONAIRE........ SEAN IS RICH AND HANDSOME, WHAT A LUCKY

YOUNG MAN !!! )

At night, Peter joined them for the supper but didn't see sean's big sister.

He didn't want to ask Sean during the supper............

Later at night, Sean asked Peter if he would like to join him for a bottle of fine red wine....

PETER : HEY, HOW IS YOUR SISTER, IS SHE TRAVELING IN SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD ?

SEAN : OOOO AAAAAAAA SORRY......

( Sean hugged him tightly and cried hysterically )

SEAN : MY BELOVED SISTER LILY VANISHED SADLY DURING THE 911 ATTACK.........

AND I NEVER HAVE THE CHANCE TO TELL HER THAT I LOVE HER AND AND I AM

GAY....................

PETER, I AM GAY BUT I DIDN'T HAVE THE COURAGE TO TELL HER.......

Sean and his big sister went to Peter's farm for the thanksgiving dinner. Of course, blue eyed husky Elton and green eyed husky John were coming along for the first reunion. It's almost ten years ago when they saw the puppies and took them home. Peter kept the other two little puppies but found out that the tiny little puppy is blind. It's funny when they met again. It seems that they had a special connection with each other no matter they are healthy or blind.

Peter is 18 and is extremely handsome, like a blond Viking warrior with deep blue eyes.....

THAT NIGHT, SEAN WAS STAYING OVER AT PETER'S FARM HOUSE........

PETER : I THINK ELTON AND JOHN ARE GAY???

SEAN : YES, ELTON JOHN IS OPENLY GAY AND HE HAS A BOY FRIEND FROM CANADA!!!

PETER : NO, I MEAN THE LITTLE PUPPIES ARE GAY.

SEAN : DON'T BE SILLY, YOU MAY BE GAY OR I MAY BE GAY BUT DOG IS DOG, GAY IS NOT EXIST IN THEIR WORLD!!!

PETER : O.K. YOU THINK I AM GAY?

SEAN : NO, I AM JUST SAYING IT.
